Small Group Training

MX4 small group training sessions are designed to promote exercise experiences that are both motivating and empowering! This 30-minute workout is quick and intense but will leave your body feeling fresh and ready for anything! MX4 is a full body cardio infused workout suitable for anyone who is looking for a great workout and will help you achieve more with a mix of personal trainer attention, camaraderie, and challenging progressive workouts.

Personal Training

Are you looking for a little motivation to improve your health with weight loss, nutrition, and exercise? Look no further. At Tenth Legion Fitness, we understand that it can be challenging to start a fitness program. Whether you’re starting for the first time, restarting, or rethinking a fitness program, our dedicated personal trainers can boost your personalized fitness plan to the next level – and get you the results you want.  Sign-up for personal training to get individualized and private attention. Work one-on-one or in semi-private groups with an expert trainer to reach your desired goals.

Comprehensive Transformation Program

This is our signature program. By pairing you up with an assigned trainer, you will be tasked with small group training, weekly one-on-one personal training, weekly nutrition coaching, and weekly weigh-ins. Aside from one of the trainers living with you, you won’t find more motivation and accountability than this. Our goal is YOUR success. Once we get you to your goal, we then become your support structure to help keep you there and set new goals.

InBody Testing

Myzone Fitness Trackers

We use Myzone in our Small Group Training area so our coaches can monitor the effort of each person wearing a Myzone strap during class.
